In 1998, the DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) was passed by the U.S. Congress to tackle the issue of copyright infringement in the digital realm. If a copyright holder or their authorized agents believe their rights have been infringed upon, they can send a DMCA Notice to our appointed Copyright Agent. Filing DMCA Notices

Only copyright holders or their agents are eligible to file DMCA notices. Responses will be issued exclusively to those who own the copyright and have filed a DMCA Notice.

Requirements for a valid DMCA-Notice

A DMCA Notice must adhere to the DMCA's specified standards and requirements. Key components of a valid DMCA Notice include:

Upon Receipt of a Valid Notice

Upon receipt of a legitimate Notice, Newzbee will:

  1. Remove or restrict access to the material alleged to be infringing.
  2. Notify the subscriber about the removal or restriction of the material.
